Spicy cumin almonds

Ingredients
- 6 cups of whole, unblanched almonds
- 1 teaspoon of ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
- 3 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 1 ½ teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce
- ¾ teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- 1 ½ teaspoons of salt
Directions
1. Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F.
2. Toast the almonds for 10-15 minutes, shaking them several times during toasting.
3. Mix the other ingredients in a pan over low heat.
4. Stir until the butter melts and sugar is dissolved.
5. Put the toasted almonds in a bowl and drizzle the cooked mixture over them.
6. Stir until the almonds are fully coated.
7. Let the almonds cool completely and store in an airtight container.
