Spinach and artichoke dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of thawed, chopped frozen spinach
  • 1 ┬Ż cups of thawed, chopped frozen artichoke hearts
  • 6 ounces of cream cheese
  • ┬╝ cup of sour cream
  • ┬╝ cup of mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • ┬á┬Ż teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ┬╝ teaspoon salt
  • ┬╝ teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

1. Boil the spinach and artichokes in 1 cup of water until tender.  Drain and discard the liquid.

2. Heat the cream cheese in a microwave for 1 minute or until hot and soft.

3. Stir in the remaining ingredients and serve hot with toast points, chips or baguettes.
