Stuffing recipe

Ingredients
- 8 slices of white bread
- ½ cup of chopped onions
- ½ cup of chopped celery
- ½ stick of butter
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon of chopped sage, thyme and marjoram
- 1 cup of chicken or turkey stock
Directions
1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Cut the bread into ½ inch cubes and spread the cubes on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until lightly golden.
3. Melt the butter in a heavy bottomed saucepan over medium heat and then sauté the celery and onion until the onion is slightly translucent.  Leave to cool.
4. Combine the bread cubes, chopped herbs and cooked celery and onions to a large bowl.
5. Drizzle some of the stock over the bread cubes and mix. Repeat until all of the bread is moistened but not too wet.
6. Butter a baking dish and transfer the dressing to the dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is crispy.
7. Serve hot.
