In the eighteenth week of the second trimester of your pregnancy. This week you may even start to feel your baby moving and groving inside of your belly, how exciting!

You are now probably suffering from backaches, because your uterus had grown to the size of a cantaloupe! If you’re having trouble sleeping, put a pillow between your legs by your knees. This will help you to balance your back and keep a straight posture while you sleep.

Pregnancy symptoms

  • Fetal movement
  • Backaches
  • Leg cramps
  • Bleeding gums

Remember: Between week 16 and week 20 you will be asked to take a series of pregnancy tests. These ensure that your baby’s development and health are on track.
