Pregnancy yoga is a great exercise to maintain you and your baby’s health.

You are now in the twenty-fourth week of the second trimester of your pregnancy. As your belly is getting bigger each week you are probably starting to feel a bit more uncomfortable and probably won’t be able to bend or move like you used too. It can be frustrating especially if some of your body parts are swollen. The best solution is to do some gentle exercises and drink plenty of water to help your circulation. There are many benefits to prenatal exercise, so see if you can join a class at your local community centre.

  • Backaches
  • Swelling

Remember: As much as you don’t want to put on weight and have to deal with losing it post pregnancy, don’t go overboard with exercise, gentle exercises are the key to staying fit and avoiding putting on too much weight.
