25 weeks pregnant: your body

Avoid drinking before bed or you’ll be up all night.

This is the twenty-fifth week of the second trimester of your pregnancy. This week you are probably having trouble sleeping as you just can’t find a comfortable position! Here are some tips: get your hands on a pregnancy pillow and don’t drink just before you go to bed in order to avoid all of those toilet breaks.
