Pregnancy exercise

Swimming is a great pregnancy exercise.

You are in the thirtieth week of the third trimester of your pregnancy. You should be feeling some strong movements from your baby this week. You are probably getting bored of being pregnant and not being able to do something as simple as putting your shoes on. The last thing you want to do is exercise, but it is important to stay active, try something more relaxing like swimming. Exercising will work as a means of stress relief, help you relax and help you keep fit.

  • Stronger movements
  • Swelling
  • Constipation

Remember: Maintain a healthy diet and exercise routine. Healthy eating and plenty of water will help with the constipation you may be experiencing.
