You are in the thirty-first week of the third trimester of your pregnancy. This week is time to start thinking about a birth plan.   • Frequent urination
  • Clumsiness
  • Forgetfulness
  • Cramped diaphragm

Remember: As your body is beginning to get tighter and more cramped you will not be able to eat as much as you used to, so eat small frequent meals.
