The end is in sight!

This is the thirty-sixth week of the third trimester of your pregnancy. This week you are definitely going to feel some pelvic pressure. To ease the discomfort continue with your kegel exercises, but make sure you do them when your bladder is completely empty, you don’t want any accidental leakage!

  • Changes in baby movement
  • Frequent urination
  • Skin changes
