Are you getting odd dreams?

This is the eighth week of the first trimester of your pregnancy. This week you may start to feel that your clothes are getting tighter this is because of your enlarged uterus, if you push down on your abdomen you should be able to feel it. If you are keeping your pregnancy a secret until the the second trimester you may find that you are thinking about what you can eat, drink, wear, and do in public without revealing that you’re pregnant. Try swapping the vodka lemonade on a night out for a lemonade or chilled water, no one will notice!

Pregnancy symptoms

Remember: The saying ‘I’m eating for two’ isn’t actually true. Although you assume you can eat double while pregnant, your baby only needs 300 calories a day, so try not to overindulge and look into some healthy pregnancy recipes.
