Bacon and cheese stuffed mushrooms

Ingredients
- 1 package of baby portabella mushrooms
- 4 ounces of soft cream cheese
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 4 slices of cooked and crumbled bacon
- ½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon of fresh, chopped parsley
Directions
1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Remove the stems and clean the mushrooms.
3. Combine and mix the cream cheese, garlic, bacon, cheddar cheese and parsley.
4. Carefully fill each mushroom cap with an equal portion of the mixture.
5. Bake the stuffed mushrooms for about 20 minutes until the cheese is melted.
