DIY bottled Christmas lights
Fun, festive and cheap!
Materials:
- Empty wine and alcohol bottles
- Several short strings of Christmas lights
- Tinsel (optional)
- Surge protector
Method:
1. Rinse and dry the empty bottles.
2. Check all of the lights you plan to use are working and then carefully place each string into a bottle, making sure the plug stays outside of the bottle. You can wrap the lights around some tinsel first if you would like to.
3. Plug each string of lights into the surge protector, which you will then plug into a plug socket or extension cord depending on where you want to set your bottles up.
These are great indoor or outdoor decorations!
