Incontinence can be embarrassing, but it’s normal so don’t worry.

Incontinence is a normal pregnancy symptom some expectant mothers experience during the third trimester of their pregnancy. Incontinence occurs when you sneeze, laugh or jump and a little bit of pee can’t help but escape your bladder. However, there are some steps you can take to avoid this pregnancy symptom and the embarrassment that can sometimes accompany it.
