Pecan pie

Ingredients
- 1 9 inch pie shell
- 1 ¾ cups of chopped pecans
- 2 slightly beaten eggs
- 1 cup of light corn syrup
- ¼ cup of brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon of molasses
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- ¼ teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
Directions
1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Spread the pecans along bottom of the pie shell.
3. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour them over the pecans. (The pecans will rise to the top)
4. Bake the pie for 40-45 minutes or until the filling has set. About 20 minutes into baking, cover the edges of the pie crust with aluminum foil so they do not burn.
5. Let it cool completely before serving.
