Phantom Jars as seen on our Halloween Excitement Pinterest Board

What you need:

  • Jars (these can be old food jars, including baby food jars!)
  • Gauze
  • Googly eyes
  • Glue (white glue or a glue gun will work)
  • Scissors
  • Tea lights

1. Clean out the jars and dry them fully.
2. Cut as much gauze as you think you will need to cover the outside of the jar.
3. Glue down the edge of the gauze to the surface of the jar and then continue wrapping the gauze around the jar. When you are happy, cut off any excess gauze and glue down the edge of the gauze so that it stays in place.
4. Take your googly eyes and stick them on to the jar with glue.
5. Insert a tea light and ta-dah you have a phantom jar!

You should be able to find all of these supplies in your local craft store.
