Baked ham recipe

Ingredients
- 7 lb spiral cut smoked ham
-  ½ cup of pear juice
- ½ cup of orange juice
- ½ cup of firmly packed brown sugar
- ½ cup of honey
Directions
1. Preheat your oven to 375 F.
2. Place the ham cut end down, in a large baking pan.
3. Mix the pear and orange juice in a bowl.
4. Bake the ham for 15 minutes, making sure to baste it frequently with the juices.
5. Mix the brown sugar and honey in a bowl.
6. Brush the sugar-honey mixture over ham and bake it for an hour or until the internal temp reaches 140 F.
7. If you wish to caramelize the glaze to a crust you can use a butane torch to do so.
