Tips during your flight

If you are going to be travelling for a certain amount of hours it is important that you are as comfortable as possible. Although it may seem difficult, here are 4 great tips that will help you complete your journey.

  1. Make sure that you are wearing loose fitted clothing. Circulation tights and socks are key!
  2. It is a vital that you keep hydrated throughout the whole journey.
  3. Don’t remain sitting down for too long, if possible try and walk around the the plane every once in awhile.
  4. Ensure that you have adjusted your seatbelt so that it is placed below your bump.
