12 weeks pregnant: your body

This is the twelfth week of the first trimester of your pregnancy.  Again this week you will be feeling tired and may be getting the occasional headaches, so stay hydrated, rest and snack regularly on fruit. A healthy diet will help reduce all of your pesky symptoms. At this point your morning sickness should start to wear off, don’t panic if it doesn’t everyone is different.

Pregnancy Symptoms

  • Decreased need to urinate
  • Headaches
  • Vaginal discharge
