Lasagna is a great meal you can prepare and freeze for later.

This is the thirty-eighth week of the third trimester of your pregnancy. It is important to be eating healthy now and post-pregnancy. In your spare time start cooking up some homemade dinners and freezing them, that way you will have plenty of food for the first weeks after childbirth and it will stop you from snacking on junk food and ordering takeaways every night. Trust us, you and your partner will both be too preoccupied with your newborn to even think about cooking. You need to keep healthy and have a nutritious diet, especially if you are going to be breastfeeding.
