Chocolate buttercream frosting

Ingredients:
- 2 (1-ounce) squares of unsweetened chocolate
- 2 (1-ounce) squares of semisweet chocolate
- 1 cup softened butter or margarine
- 4 cups of sifted confectioners’ sugar
- 1/4 cup of cocoa
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Method:
1. Place the chocolate in the top of a double boiler and bring the water to a boil.
2. Reduce the heat to low and cook until the chocolate melts, stirring often. Remove from the heat.
3. Beat the butter until creamy.
4. Add the chocolate, confectioners’ sugar and then the other remaining ingredients.
5. Beat until the frosting is of a spreading consistency.
