Many women find themselves not knowing whether they should choose breastfeeding or formula when it comes to feeding their newborns. So we thought it would be a good idea to talk you through the benefitsof breastfeeding, which include:

- Less hassle, because you don’t have to warm up the milk.
- You burn calories. When breastfeeding, the average woman will burn around 500 calories each day!
Breastfeeding is also beneficial for your body, because it is known to help and prevent:

- Ovarian cancer
- Type 2 diabetes
